Shipping & Returns
We ask that you notify us via email hello@prettyonpurpose.ca within 5 days of receiving the items to begin the returns/exchange process. If 5 days have passed a store credit refund will be issued.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your order we will be happy to issue a refund of the purchased goods or to be processed for an exchange. We have to receive the merchandise within 14 days after delivery date in Canada and 20 days outside of Canada. If the package is received after this timeframe we can only issue store credit.
- To be eligible for a refund, your purchased item/items must be unused, with tags and its in original condition received. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete and expedite your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that is always provided with every single transaction to be included with the goods being sent back.
- Local Pickup orders can be returned if the merchandise is dropped back off to the original location.
- Shipped orders outside of Canada will be issued a return however we do not cover the return shipping fee.
*Bodysuits are FINAL SALE due to hygienic reason.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel your order, you can before the order has been shipped. Please note once shipped we are not able to intercept the package during the delivery process.
STORE CREDIT
Orders that have been placed with a store credit will still be issued a store credit if the customer decides to return the items purchased with a store credit.
EXCHANGES
If you need to make an exchange for the products received send us an email at hello@prettyonpurpose of size or colour will will gladly help.
SHIPPING and HANDLING
Orders are processed within 24-36 business hours and shipped via Canada post for domestic orders. US orders are shipped via Canada Post> USPS and International orders will be handled by your local postal service once arriving into your country.
Due to covid we do not currently offer an express shipping option, also please expect general shipping delays due to the pandemic.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an order, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
